Prior to becoming a Life Coach,
I spent over a decade
working in the Fashion Industry
as a Fashion Editor and Stylist.
I’ve had the unique privilege of working
alongside some of the biggest names
in fashion, art, and entertainment.
I’ve seen many people give up on their
dreams and many people achieve them.
It is my deepest belief that no one ever
needs to give up on themselves
or their dreams.
There is enough time, space, and money
for everyone - and every style of work.

The Process
Identifying Blocks.
Meeting yourself where you are and getting familiar
with your blocks enables you to ultimately overcome them. We have to peel back the curtain and get to the root cause of the things that are holding you back before we can start to change them. Understanding yourself on a deep level is a fundamental part of the process.
Getting Clear.
In order to get you where you want to be we have to get clear on what you actually want. Not just what you think you should want. There is a difference, and making this distinction is critical for long term success.
Beliefs.
Your beliefs are the driving force behind everything you do or don’t do. They create your emotions and spark action. We will spend ample time challenging beliefs and creating new beliefs. I will teach you how to start believing in yourself and your work in a very simple, concrete way. The method I teach is grounded in science and facts. No positive affirmations you don’t actually believe allowed! Once you start believing, you’ll be amazed at how easily the rest flows.
Emotional Processing.
Rejection. Fear. Shame. Humiliation. They will all come up. Learning how to let these emotions move through you rather than stuffing them down, buffering them away, or white knuckling through will change your f*cking life. Imagine what you’d be willing to try if you knew that no matter what happened, you could handle the outcome.
Creating Results.
Armed with a clear vision, an understanding of what’s holding you back and a plan to not only overcome, but process the obstacles in your way - we will work together to set small, achievable, action goals that will start getting you the results you desire in your life. Whether that’s more money, a new job, or more confidence - showing up and committing to this process
will get you where you want to be.

Program Details and Pricing

My 1:1 package is $2,400 for 6 months. We will meet weekly on Zoom for 45 minutes per session. Your first consult call is always free and payment plans are available.

If you commit to showing up consistently, staying open to new ideas, and doing all of the “homework” we discuss in our sessions there is no way you won’t get results.

Yes! However, I do not have a set student discount price. If you are a student, I encourage you to reach out to me directly via email or book a consult call with me so we can discuss. I do ask for proof of valid student ID.
